



TO FLOURISH...is to thrive, to make steady progress, to grow well, to do or fare well, or to prosper...
There is an art to creating our desired life, and as any artist knows, to get better at their craft takes study and practice. Living well is an art and it, too, takes study and practice. Science has proven through observation and experimentation that each of us has within ourselves the ability to create the kind of life we want to live.
The art of creating our desired life starts with a healthy body and a healthy mind. We are what we eat, and we are what we think. We can be strong in mind, but our body isn't physically capable of carrying out our instructions. We can be strong in our body, but our mind is incapable of determining our course of action.
We are capable of training our body and our mind to good health. We must be proactive in our effort. It takes a well thoughtout plan, the tools necessary to carry out our plan, the execution of our plan, and someone or something to keep us accountable - keep us on track; show us how. To train the body without simultaneously training the mind is of no value. Our goal is complete health.
What's the point of living a long life if much of it is lived unhappily and/or in poor health? Each of us is responsible for the quality of our life. And, each of us has the ability to make the changes necessary to enhance the quality of our life.
I may not have all the answers to your situation. But, I do have the right questions. I can only serve as your guide to help you get to the right answers - get to where you want to go - to truly flourish.
